Job summary

Bookit is seeking a senior finance leader to scale a rewards-technology business with enterprise partners, a member marketplace, and an acquisition. You will build models for fundraising, ensure contracts are financially enforceable, and oversee accounting to keep books accurate and investor-ready.

Working closely with the CEO and leadership, you’ll lead FP&A, revenue recognition, and cash-flow forecasting, manage external accountants, and strengthen controls for a part-time, high-autonomy role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership roles.
• Strong command of revenue recognition and contract-driven billing.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; FP&A tools a plus.
• Experience with M&A integration.
• Experience with modern accounting, billing, and payments systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated three-statement model for licensing and revenue streams.
• Oversee revenue recognition and analyze complex contracts for proper accounting.
