• Progressively responsible accounting/finance experience (3–7 years) in multi-client or fractional roles.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to implement policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full scope of accounting and finance operations across client portfolio or business units.
• Build weekly and monthly financial reports with key drivers and variances.
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial models for cash flow and risks.
• Oversee accounting systems and reporting infrastructure, improving processes as needed.
• Prepare board-ready financial packages with scenario analysis.
• Review staff work and provide coaching to improve accuracy and quality.
