Job summary

Clearwave Fiber is seeking a Manager, FP&A and Reporting to own the company’s recurring financial and operating reporting end to end. The role sits under the VP of Finance and leads the FP&A Reporting Analyst, delivering a scalable, automated reporting stack.

The successful candidate will define metrics, build automated data flows across ERP, planning, and BI, and own the monthly close, budgeting, and forecasts with strong collaboration across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience with recurring monthly reporting
• Hands-on ownership of a planning or reporting system (TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven track record of building end-to-end reporting or planning processes
• Ability to hold multiple close and reporting deadlines with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly reporting cycle end to end, including management packages and Board reporting
• Own the planning calendar and planning system of record
• Build and maintain automated data flows across ERP, planning, and BI environments
• Own operating metric reporting (subscribers, passings, ARPU, churn, headcount) with defined definitions
• Produce departmental budget-to-actual reporting and support forecasting accuracy
• Manage the FP&A Reporting Analyst/Associate and ensure quality output
• Apply modern AI tooling (Claude) to automate reporting, documentation, and quality checks
