Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our global FP&A team. The role focuses on strategic financial planning, forecasting, and decision support in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will work cross-functionally to drive growth and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities include building financial models, analyzing KPIs, supporting monthly closes, and delivering clear reports to senior leadership. Strong Excel and BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS focus.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models with SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, GRR, churn.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analytics.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial data, business trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations on pricing, investments, and cost optimization.
• Prepare and present clear financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support monthly close processes and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin analysis for SaaS products.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes.
