Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a Manager, FP&A and Reporting to own the company’s recurring financial and operating reporting end to end. This remote role sits under the VP of Finance and leads the FP&A Reporting Analyst, ensuring timely monthly reporting and a scalable, automated workflow.

The ideal candidate will own the planning calendar, build data flows across ERP, planning, and BI tools, and provide clear variance commentary to senior audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance with recurring monthly reporting ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly reporting cycle end to end, including management, Board and sponsor reporting, and variance commentary.
• Own the planning calendar and system of record, including input collection, version control, and department budgets.
• Build and maintain automated data flows across ERP, planning, and BI to refresh reports automatically.
• Manage operating metric reporting (subscribers, passings, ARPU, churn, headcount) with defined definitions and single source of truth.
• Produce departmental budget-to-actual reporting and assist with forecast accuracy and cost control.
• Lead and develop FP&A Analyst/Associate, with QA over output before senior audiences.
• Apply AI tooling (e.g., Claude) to automate reporting, documentation, and quality checks.
