Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or related analytical role
• CPM/OneStream experience preferred
• PE-backed or growth-stage company experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CMA/MBA a plus
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; Power BI desired
• AI-driven workflow automation experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning across units.
• Analyze monthly actuals vs. budget and provide decision-ready commentary.
• Maintain and administer OneStream for reporting and planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for insights.
• Ensure data integrity with rigorous check-and-balance processes.
• Prepare executive and sponsor reports and lender-facing financials.
• Champion AI tools and Copilot to streamline workflows.
