Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Transportation Financial Planning & Performance Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Americas transportation spend. You will collaborate across Finance, Transportation, Tax, Sourcing, Operations and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and drive cost visibility.

You will manage AOP, forecasting, monthly spend reviews, accruals, and productivity reporting, while enhancing dashboards and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reviews with partners across Finance, Transportation, Tax, Sourcing, Operations, and other departments.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, monthly spend reviews, accrual management, and productivity reporting for Americas transportation spend.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that improve cost visibility, support strategic decisions, and strengthen financial discipline.
• Standardize financial processes, reporting, and best practices across the Americas region.
• Enhance analytics and reporting dashboards while driving continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess and communicate financial exposure related to changing transportation regulations
• Provide guidance on trade transportation analytics, financial controls, and best practices.
• Present financial impacts and recommendations to leadership and other important partners.
• Build partnerships and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
