Job summary

You’ll manage the annual plan, monthly close, and cost-to-serve analytics while communicating insights to senior leadership. The role emphasizes strong modeling, data-driven recommendations, and collaboration across Product, Support, Pricing, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience owning an operating expense budget or partnering with a non-finance org on spend.
• Strong modeling skills across driver-based revenue forecasts and OPEX/headcount models.
• Working knowledge of software and subscription economics (ARR, NRR, ARPA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership—own their budgets and flag risks.
• Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and vendor spend.
• Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis with clear driver explanations.
• Build portfolio view of product investment and unit economics for roadmap funding.
• Develop cost-to-serve analytics and AI-assisted support insights.
• Co-own Product Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reviews with product leadership.
