Fivetran is seeking a self-motivated Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Manager for our Denver office. You will lead complex US GAAP accounting matters, build scalable processes, and collaborate across Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and HR in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role is full-time with a hybrid work model (two days in the office weekly). A CPA and 7+ years in Big 4 or corporate accounting are required, with experience in complex transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license required.
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or corporate accounting in a SaaS or high-growth tech company.

Responsabilités

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and memos; support external audits under US GAAP.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures; lead implementation of significant changes.
• Collaborate with Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR and other departments to operationalize guidance.
• Support external reporting readiness and process improvements; help design SOX-compliant controls.
