Fivetran, a leading data integration company, seeks an FP&A professional in New York to partner with Product and Customer Support. You will own operating budgets, forecast and close processes, and develop cost-to-serve analytics to inform roadmap funding and pricing decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and senior leadership to produce insights and business cases, enabling data-driven strategy across the portfolio. Hybrid in NY office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience owning an operating expense budget.
• Strong modeling skills across driver-based revenue forecasts and Opex/headcount models.
• Working knowledge of software and subscription economics (ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin).
• SQL proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as finance partner to Product and Customer Support leadership; own budgets and spend decisions.
• Own the annual operating plan for both organizations and quarterly reforecasts.
• Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis with driver explanations.
• Build portfolio view of product investment and fund roadmap accordingly.
• Incorporate cost of revenue and product unit economics into decision making.
• Build cost-to-serve analytics for support by account and segment.
• Create business cases for new product investments and major roadmap decisions.
• Co-own Product Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reviews with product leaders.
