Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Operations F&B Director to lead FP&A for the Enterprise Science Division, including NASA AE GIS and NEST programs. You will supervise Program Finance Analysts and partner with business development, capture, and pricing to craft cash flows and strategic insights.

Based in Reston, VA, the role drives long-range planning, monthly forecasts, and cost management, delivering actionable insights while ensuring contractual compliance and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in finance and business operations.
• Full cycle product finance including supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing.
• Experience creating new financial models and metrics.
• GAAP reporting experience.
• Program Finance experience.
• Proven in business cases, variance analysis, and cost‑benefit models.

Responsibilities

• Advise line management on all financial aspects and forecasts.
• Analyze revenue and costs; present insights and recommendations.
• Recommend actions to reduce costs and increase profits.
• Design, execute, and monitor business processes within operations.
• Be a key member of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning.
• Oversee financial performance, long-range planning, and forecasts.
• Manage a team to ensure contractual compliance, budgeting, and proposals.
• Collaborate with business development, capture, and pricing on new work.
• Lead month-end closings and variance/trend analyses.
