Loenbro is seeking a Director, Divisional FP&A to lead forward‑looking financial planning for the division. You will partner with the Divisional CFO and Division President, driving margin visibility, forecasting accuracy, budgeting discipline, and actionable insights to support operational and commercial decisions.

The role requires CPA preferred, strong accounting fluency, and 8–12+ years in project‑based finance, with construction industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years FP&A or finance experience in a project-based, operationally intensive environment.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong forecasting accuracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead through complexity and connect financial outcomes to field execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business advisor to the Divisional CFO, Division leadership, and project teams, translating financial insights into operational actions.
• Maintain a strong connection with project managers, job teams, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A on month-end close, WIP updates, and enterprise financial review requests.
• Own all forward-looking financial activity for the division, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast and budget cycles.
• Lead weekly and monthly operating reviews (MOR) with presentations to Senior Leadership Teams.
• Confirm accuracy of key inputs such as labor trends, open commitments, change orders, and billings to produce reliable projections.
• Model divisional cash flow performance and forward cash positioning implications.
• Lead margin analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis to identify drivers and risks.
• Partner with Project Controls on monthly budget updates, labor, material, and commitments.
• Conduct bid margin analysis and evaluate pricing assumptions.
• Review change orders with project managers for financial impact.
• Deliver job-level financial analysis including JTD/MTD trends and major purchases.
