You will complete financial analyses and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions across the organization and business units. The role leads FP&A maturation, develops best practices, models KPIs, and partners with cross-functional teams to support budgets, forecasts, and executive packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance with 8+ years of financial analyst experience or equivalent.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial information from across the corporation and business units.
• Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans; develop KPIs and analyses to identify trends, variances, and improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, management reporting, and executive financial packages.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, insights, and recommendations to support business and leadership decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, resolve complex issues through root cause analysis, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
