Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytics for a rapidly expanding, multi-site organization in the United States. The role reports to the VP of Finance and offers a relocation package with sign-on bonus.

You will influence revenue initiatives, drive growth strategies, and manage a high-performing FP&A team across a nationwide footprint, while partnering with executive leadership to ensure disciplined financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations environments (restaurants, retail, hospitality, or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing FP&A teams.
• Proven success leading teams with multiple direct/indirect reports.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and planning across corporate and franchise operations.
• Own revenue forecasting across multiple channels (in-store, drive-through, curbside, delivery).
• Collaborate with operational executives and brand leaders to set and refine targets.
• Mentor and develop FP&A staff and build analytical capabilities.
• Oversee sales planning processes and align bonus/compensation with objectives.
• Develop financial models and stress-test assumptions for strategic decisions.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and provide profitability insights.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Partner with leadership on market expansion and new-location planning.
