Zusammenfassung

Formerra seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with executives and functional leaders to translate financial data into strategic actions that drive EBITDA growth and cash flow.

A strong focus on forecasting accuracy, governance, and scalable reporting will be essential. The role requires 10+ years in finance with FP&A and 5+ years in leadership, and it offers a hybrid work arrangement with a Romeoville, IL

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field required.
10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A, reporting, and analysis.
5+ years of leadership experience coaching and developing finance professionals.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive decision support.

Aufgaben

Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes across revenue, margins, expenses, and capex.
Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
Provide timely variance analysis and actionable recommendations to executives.
Partner with commercial leadership to improve pricing, profitability, and mix.
Coordinate planning across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages and dashboards.
Drive data quality, governance, and scalable reporting and planning capabilities.
Support strategy with ROI analyses, business cases, and capital allocation decisions.
Lead FP&A team, coach staff, and foster a proactive, business-focused culture.
