Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or operational finance.
• Experience building financial models for pricing, margin analysis, or investments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular leadership reporting on bid economics vs actuals (revenue, cost per unit, margin, volume).
• Identify variances, diagnose root causes, and suggest corrective actions.
• Support margin expansion via operational data analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales/Account Management on RFPs, bids, and spot rate pricing.
• Build pricing models reflecting lane economics, capacity, costs, fuel, market conditions.
• Translate bid assumptions into defensible recommendations balancing win rate and profitability.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for real-time visibility across functions.
• Standardize data definitions to be the single source of truth.
• Develop financial models for ad hoc projects to inform decisions.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data quality.
