Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join a hybrid, full-time role based in Plymouth, Michigan. You will build pricing and profitability models for opportunities, monitor performance post-award, and drive data-driven decisions across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs for executive visibility, evaluate new business, and implement process improvements to automate reporting and enhance data quality.

Qualifications

• At least five years in FP&A, commercial/operational finance, or pricing analysis.
• Strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience building financial models for pricing, margin analysis, or investments.
• Understanding of margin, unit economics, cost-to-serve, and working capital.
• Proficient with Excel and BI tools; AI tools experience a plus.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for pricing, RFPs, bids, and spot rates.
• Analyze volume, costs, and market conditions for opportunities.
• Track post-award performance vs. original assumptions.
• Identify gaps and propose pricing, operational or contractual changes.
• Drive margin improvement across existing business.
• Create dashboards and recurring reports for leadership.
• Support strategic investments with financial models.
• Standardize reporting definitions across Finance, Sales, Ops, and Account Mgmt.
• Automate recurring reports to improve data quality and speed.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Sales and C-suite to turn analysis into action.
• Apply AI tools to enhance research, modeling, and reporting.
