Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks a Commercial Finance & Operations Analysis Manager to translate bids into profitable execution. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance to price strategically, monitor performance, and deliver real-time health metrics.

You will build pricing models, identify variances, and drive margin expansion while creating transparent dashboards for senior leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or operational finance
• Experience building financial models for decisions, such as RFP pricing, margin analysis, or other operational investments
• Solid understanding of GAAP, including P&L structure
• Experience in accounting, FP&A, or related finance function
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or automotive preferred
• SQL or data querying skills preferred
• Experience with ERP data (NetSuite) preferred
• Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership on performance against bid economics (revenue, cost per unit, margin, volume)
• Identify variances, diagnose root causes, and recommend actions to close gaps
• Assist with margin expansion through operational performance analysis
• Partner with Sales/Account Management on RFPs, bids, and spot-rate pricing
• Build and maintain pricing models reflecting lane economics, capacity, and market conditions
• Translate bid assumptions into clear, defensible profitability recommendations
• Design and maintain reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards with real-time visibility
• Establish single sources of truth with consistent data definitions
• Build financial models for ad hoc projects to support leadership decisions
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data quality and turnaround time
• Other duties as assigned
