Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Commercial Finance & Operations Analysis Manager in Plymouth, MI to connect bid economics with operational delivery. You will build data-backed pricing, track performance vs bids, and provide senior leaders with real-time health visibility across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

You will develop pricing models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, guiding actions to close gaps and optimize profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or commercial/operational finance.
• Experience building financial models for pricing and margin analysis.
• GAAP knowledge and P&L understanding.
• Experience in transportation/logistics or automotive preferred.
• SQL or data querying skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership on bid performance vs economics (revenue, cost per unit, margin, volume).
• Identify variances early, diagnose root causes, and propose pricing/operational actions.
• Assist with margin expansion through operational analysis.
• Partner with Sales to respond to RFPs with accurate, competitive pricing.
• Build pricing models reflecting lane economics, capacity, costs, fuel, and market conditions.
• Translate bid assumptions into defendable recommendations balancing win rate with profitability.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs for real-time visibility into operations.
• Establish data standards for a single source of truth.
• Build financial models for ad hoc projects to support leadership decisions.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data quality.
