Catalyst Brands seeks a Financial Planning Manager, Stores Finance to lead strategic FP&A for a multi-brand national stores network. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, ROI modeling, and performance analytics, partnering with cross-functional leaders up to EVP level.

You will mentor a team and influence strategic financial decisions. Reporting to the Director of Stores Finance Operations, you’ll deliver executive-ready analyses and support close processes while advancing store profitability

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or retail operations management experience (retail, hospitality, or multi-unit brand experience is highly preferred).
• Deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and core corporate accounting processes (working knowledge of US GAAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling, and automation) and intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Performance Insights: Develop proactive, data-driven financial analyses and actionable insights to improve store-level performance.
• Lead Budgeting & Forecasting: Spearhead store-level planning, forecasting, and in-season variance analysis.
• Capital Allocation & ROI Modeling: Build business cases and ROI models for store investments and initiatives.
• Reporting & KPIs: Architect and scale reporting tools and KPI dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Accounting Partnership: Support monthly close activities including accruals and GL reviews.
