Catalyst Brands is seeking a Financial Planning Manager for Stores Finance. You will partner with a nationwide Stores organization to drive financial planning, performance insights, and decision support to boost store profitability and productivity.

The role requires strong analytics, reliance on US GAAP, and leadership of a finance team and cross-functional partners up to the EVP level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance or retail operations experience.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive performance insights to improve store-level performance and inform executive decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for store-level planning.
• Build ROI models for store investments and remodels.
• Architect and scale reporting tools and KPI dashboards.
• Support monthly close processes including accruals and GL reviews.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Store Operations and leadership.
