The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, or wholesale distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual budgeting process and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly P&L, variance analysis, KPIs, and management commentary.
• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast and identify drivers, risks, opportunities.
• Partner with Accounting during close, supporting accruals and cost center reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and business cases for senior management.
• Provide financial insights to optimize profitability and cost management.
