Target Corp in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sr. Manager FP&A for Stores Finance to lead end-to-end financial performance for 500+ stores. You will build forecasts, drive payroll planning, and partner with senior store leaders to influence financial outcomes.

You will collaborate with Stores Finance, Labor Engineering, Store Operations, and HR to design regional strategies that scale across the chain, while balancing operational and financial objectives in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (6+ years) in Finance and/or Operations.
• 1 - 5 years of experience in a finance/operational environment; retail or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, time management and organizational skills.
• Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results.
• Ability to work with all levels of management with high autonomy and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Create and own monthly sales forecasts and hourly payroll plans for the region.
• Build strong relationships with senior stores leaders to drive key financial outcomes.
• Identify areas for productivity and process improvement through analysis and modeling.
• Support designing, testing and implementing regional strategies that can be scaled chain-wide.
• Collaborate as a stakeholder on cross-functional project teams with Stores Finance, Labor Engineering, Store Operations and HR.
