Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or retail operations experience.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and core accounting (GAAP).
• Advanced analytical modeling and strong Excel skills with PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning and analysis to improve store performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and in-season variance analysis for stores.
• Build ROI models for store investments and initiatives.
• Design and scale reporting and KPI dashboards for leadership review.
• Partner with Store Operations and executives to guide strategic decisions.
