Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking an FP&A Strategic Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This 100% remote, US-based role prefers EST alignment and may require occasional leadership meetings.

You will transform data into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and AI automation to improve forecasting and reporting, partnering with finance and operations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and reporting track record.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred.
• Insurance/claims/healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting across departments.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecasting for revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow.
• Develop driver-based financial models by service line.
• Create KPI dashboards and executive reporting for leadership.
• Support M&A analysis and integration planning.
• Partner with leaders to drive data-informed decisions.
