Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Product Finance Senior Manager to own economics and financial operations of our multi-cloud platform spend. You will partner with Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Operations to drive forecasting, efficiency roadmaps, and scalable cost attribution across the product portfolio.

You will establish KPIs, translate technical optimizations into operating targets, and build automated FP&A workflows that scale with our dynamic cloud footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategic/Product Finance, Cloud FP&A, or FinOps with relevant training.
• Strong understanding of consumption-based models and cloud costs.
• Track record partnering with Engineering and Cloud Infra Ops on forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics to understand drivers of shared platform spend across products and regions.
• Build driver-based forecasting models for infrastructure spend during growth and new products.
• Create cost attribution to map expenses to products and ensure accuracy.
• Define KPIs and drive ops to hit unit economics and gross margin targets.
• Scale FP&A processes with automated workflows and auditable frameworks.
