Job summary

Harvard Business Publishing seeks a Finance Manager to join the Enterprise Finance team. The role partners with Sales leadership to deliver analytics, forecasts, and insights that drive topline growth and efficiency. Strong modeling, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled productivity are valued.

Open to remote work with Boston-area prioritization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is proficient with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting Sales with analytics, pipeline insights and revenue forecasting.
• Strong modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams to drive performance.
• Advanced Excel and BI/ERP proficiency.
• Experience with SaaS, education, or subscription-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning.
• Consolidate forecast data in Adaptive Planning and monitor performance.
• Deliver sales analytics and revenue-growth recommendations to sales leadership.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for initiatives.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Drive FP&A automation and data quality improvements using AI tools.
