Job summary

Precision Recruiting Solutions Group® (PRSG®) is seeking a Manager, FP&A to partner with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Operations in Erie, PA. You will own financial planning, forecasting, profitability analyses, and pricing support to drive growth and improve margins.

This hands-on role requires strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP, CRM, BI, and reporting tools.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Hands-on problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning across revenue, margin, Opex, and EBITDA.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for pricing, quoting, projects, and commercial activities.
• Develop profitability analysis across customers, products, projects, and segments to improve margins.
• Support pricing and bid decisions through financial modeling and profitability evaluation.
• Build dashboards and reporting to improve forecasting accuracy and visibility.
• Prepare models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity tests for key drivers.
• Support capital planning with investment analysis and post-project reviews.
• Develop operational models for capacity, labor, and production planning; deliver clear insights.
