Job summary

RESRG is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with Procurement and regional finance teams to drive financial transparency and forecasting across seven plants and corporate. You will support cost optimization initiatives and deliver actionable insights for operational decisions.

The role requires collaboration with Plant Finance, Operations, and Corporate Finance to improve performance, ensure accurate forecasting, and meet regional financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or related certification preferred.
• 1-7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, manufacturing finance, or related experience.
• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (OneStream, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the FP&A partner for Procurement and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for seven plants and HQ.
• Prepare management reporting packages and executive presentations with trends and risks.
• Analyze variances to forecast, budget, and prior year performance; explain differences.
