LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an FP&A Manager for a newly created role in the Greater Reading, PA area. The incumbent will lead FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, partnering with executives to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in FP&A, strong modeling, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills; Power BI and SQL capabilities are highly preferred. Competitive salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial environments preferred.
• Power BI experience highly preferred.
• SQL and advanced data analytics experience a plus.
• Experience working with ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Analyze revenue trends, profitability, pricing, sales, rebates, and commissions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting for insights.
• Partner with leadership, sales, operations, and accounting to drive initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis and provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Maintain and improve reporting databases and analytics processes.
• Support month-end close activities with analysis and reporting.
• Assist with commission calculations and customer profitability analysis.
• Expand Power BI reporting and dashboard capabilities.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Support audit requests with analytical input.
