Removery in Austin, TX is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. The role focuses on building robust financial models and delivering insights to drive strategic decisions.

You will partner with business units to drive operational efficiency, develop Power BI dashboards, and provide monthly/quarterly reporting to senior leadership. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI; Tableau & Workday Adaptive a plus.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday Adaptive) required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across all departments.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic decisions.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with business units to understand drivers of performance and support efficiency.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau; hands-on experience required.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executives and investors.
• Support M&A analysis, scenario planning, and ad hoc projects.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
