Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive FP&A or related financial leadership experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and financial statements experience.
• Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for planning and investments.
• Analyze results, explain variances, and communicate drivers to leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews, KPI dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with operations, sales, engineering, and finance to improve visibility.
• Drive profitability and efficiency improvements across the organization.
• Oversee long-range planning and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor FP&A team and promote continuous improvement.
