Removery LLC is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to drive planning, forecasting, and performance analysis from Austin, TX. The role emphasizes financial modeling, BI tooling, and turning data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive FP&A experience, advanced Power BI skills (Tableau a plus), and strong Excel modeling capabilities. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Advanced Power BI skills; Tableau is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• ERP systems experience required (NetSuite, Workday Adaptive).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across all departments.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategy.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with business units to understand drivers of performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Power BI and Tableau.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for executives and investors.
• Support M&A analysis, scenario planning, and ad hoc projects.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
