Job summary

The role partners with Finance and operations to develop budgets, forecasts, and dashboards, while performing scenario analyses and liquidity planning as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar role.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/ planning systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for management.
• Integrate data from multiple sources for financial decision-making.
• Prepare budget-to-actual analyses, KPI reporting, and business trends.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop forecasts and monitor performance.
• Conduct scenario analyses and support strategic initiatives.
• Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and data analytics capabilities.
