RTX (Raytheon) in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for the Long-Range Plan and Investments. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, and investment reviews across APS, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic objectives.

The role requires strong FP&A and program controls expertise, with leadership responsibilities for two direct reports in a hybrid environment at the US-MA-TEWKSBURY location.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years experience.
• Experience in Program Controls and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience coordinating workflows, financial deliverables, and deadlines across multiple organizational teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze LRP financial metrics, including bookings, sales, earnings, and cash, and present recommendations to APS leadership.
• Coordinate forecasting activities with program stakeholders and SSBU FP&A leads.
• Lead the APS investment management process.
• Prepare presentations for the APS Leadership Team covering the Long-Range Plan, OMM, and investment reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders in Operations and Supply Chain (OSC), Engineering, R&C, and Strategy.
• Coordinate financial deliverables and presentations with RAY HQ FP&A leadership.
• Coordinate APS balance sheet reviews to support RAY-level reviews.
• Support R&C with NBI management and financial analysis.
• Manage APS overhead budgets, planning, and variance analysis.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to two direct reports and matrixed employees within APS FP&A.
