Job summary

RTX is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning and analysis for the Naval Systems & Sustainment Sub-Strategic Business Unit. The role partners with cross-functional teams to support annual plans, forecasts, and performance reviews.

The position requires strong leadership, data analysis, and knowledge of SAP/APEX/BW environments. Hybrid work arrangement and US citizenship requirement apply.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Proficiency with SAP, APEX, PRISM, BW, or Rplan and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of FP&A processes including AOP, LRP, and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze and communicate key financial metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with program managers and leadership to validate risks and opportunities to financial plans.
• Mentor a small team and ensure data integrity and compliance with contractual requirements.
