RTX Corporation in the United States is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning and analysis for the Naval Systems & Sustainment sub-unit. You will lead the Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plan, and monthly forecasts, collaborating with program managers to identify risks and opportunities.

You will develop balance sheet and cash flow analyses, present to leadership, and coach a small team while ensuring compliance with government requirements and corporate processes.

Competenze

• Degree in business, finance, math or accounting required.
• 8+ years FP&A, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Experience with SAP/APEX/PRISM/BW/Rplan.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contract.

Mansioni

• Lead FP&A for the NSS SSBU under NP; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Own AOP, LRP and monthly forecast processes and governance.
• Analyze bookings, sales, earnings and cash flow; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with program and business managers to assess risks and opportunities.
• Develop balance sheet and cash flow analyses; drive improvements.
