Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with the RFS management team, delivering detailed reporting and analytics to drive informed decisions. You will support monthly close, budgets, and strategic plans in a deadline-driven environment.

The role is hybrid, with in-office and remote collaboration, requiring strong Excel, Cognos/Anaplan experience, and the ability to synthesize large data sets for insights and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in FP&A or Finance-related duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management, or related field.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely financial reporting and variance analysis for monthly actuals, budgets, and multi-year plans.
• Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accurate close and reporting timelines.
• Analyze product revenue, volume, pricing trends, and contract activity to drive margins.
• Support forecasting, identify risks/opportunities, and contribute to strategic decisions.
