Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a senior FP&A leader in Denver to guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will mentor analysts, partner across functions, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis; managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and high-quality results and pursue multiple initiatives.
• Partner with corporate functions providing decision support, strategic financial analysis and guidance.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of analysts with direction and growth.
• Develop and improve internal financial reporting and commentary with senior leadership insights.
• Assist in driving the budget process from long-term modeling to operating plan creation.
• Create internal reporting packages illustrating a data-backed story for business decisions.
• Develop analytics and reporting to communicate financial performance and trends.
