Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function in our Denver office. The role drives the analytical agenda, builds scalable reporting, and partners with acquisition teams to integrate new entities into Deltek.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, and executive communications while shaping process improvements across the FP&A team. The successful candidate will have 5–8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Deltek experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5 to 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with Deltek ERP/project accounting is strongly preferred.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics function, setting the agenda and identifying data points needed by leadership.
• Guide the FP&A Analyst in producing underlying analyses for decision making.
• Translate findings into clear narratives for leadership and educate executives on performance drivers.
• Establish the reporting architecture, cadence, and audience for FP&A outputs.
• Lead the design and evolution of the project forecasting model in Deltek and maintain it over time.
• Manage the annual budget process and present budget vs. actual insights to leadership.
• Design and implement financial controls and ensure data accuracy across systems.
