Job summary

Kharon is seeking a Denver-based Financial Analyst to join the Accounting & Finance department. This in-office role requires attendance four days per week and focuses on building financial models, forecasting, and financial reporting to guide leadership decisions.

You will collaborate across teams, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to strategic initiatives while applying GAAP knowledge and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably FP&A, investment banking/PE, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and GAAP reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and tools to support key business initiatives and strategic decision making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc operating reports and dashboards to review with management.
• Forecast sales and conduct revenue analytics, monitoring key metrics like retention, churn, and CAC.
• Develop operating cost analyses and analytical support focusing on OPEX.
• Refine reporting to provide information management needs to evaluate performance and KPIs.
