Guild Education is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance Team in Denver, CO. You will own budgeting and forecasting for the operating model, develop financial reports for the Board and investors, and provide strategic insights to leadership.

This role collaborates across the organization to drive process improvements and support Guild’s mission. You should have 2+ years in corporate finance, strong Excel modeling skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate finance function, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Excel expertise with building complex financial models and analyses.
• Self-starter with action-oriented mindset in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Ability to distill and communicate complex topics to varied audiences.
• Sharp attention to detail with data accuracy in a results-driven setting.
• Collaborative team player with stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting components of Guild’s operating model, including headcount, cash flow and resource allocations.
• Prepare financial reporting, monthly close packages for the Board, investors, and senior management.
• Analyze trends to provide actionable insights and decision support to leadership.
• Enhance forecast models and streamline reporting through process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional ad hoc projects such as scenario planning and profitability analysis.
