Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ FP&A, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA/Masters preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong PowerPoint skills; translate cross-departmental data into executive stories.
• Proven relationship builder; able to influence across regions and functions.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau); comfortable with AI tools.
• Self-starter with bias toward action and delivering strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead outlook, LRP, and QRF forecasting for Adobe Enterprise topline, ensuring accurate, timely projections.
• Collaborate with sales, sales strategy and operations, and regional finance to surface risks and opportunities and set targets.
• Create executive reports and insights that translate data into clear narratives for decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time, self-serve financial information.
• Partner on automation efforts to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analytics workflows.
• Foster cross-regional relationships to align budgets, ROI, and go-to-market plans.
