Job summary

Fortidia is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in Lakewood, CO, to lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management for the US Operations. You’ll partner with senior leaders to build robust financial models, drive revenue and cost optimization, and deliver insightful analyses for strategic decision-making.

The role reports to the VP of Finance, Head of North America Finance, and requires 8+ years in FP&A, strong leadership, ERP/BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience supporting commercial/op business unit leaders in a complex organization.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, BI tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, strategic plan, and rolling forecast processes for the US business.
• Develop robust financial models to support revenue forecasting, headcount planning and investments.
• Partner with leaders to create detailed budgets and forecasts aligned with priorities.
• Drive forecasting accuracy with data-driven insights and metrics.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and executive summaries.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operating leverage.
