Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for a $6B global manufacturer. Based in Rosemont, Illinois, this role reports to the Senior Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A and operates in a hybrid model with onsite presence at least 3 days/week and remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of FP&A/accounting experience in manufacturing, with CPA and/or MBA preferred, strong Hyperion/OneStream skills, and excellent

• 7–10+ years in accounting/finance with FP&A experience in manufacturing.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly orders, sales, profit, working capital and cash to targets.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts across three operating segments and corporate.
• Support quarterly earnings releases and board meetings.
• Lead planning and budgeting processes, including AOP and modeling.
