Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A within the Conveyance Solutions Division to drive financial strategy, planning, and performance insights. This role partners with global leaders to deliver clear, actionable financial analyses that shape growth and allocate resources effectively.

The position spans NA, Europe, and Asia, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, close processes, and strategic initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• CPA preferred; strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Manufacturing finance experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft and PowerBI skills; experience with SAP and OneStream preferred.
• Strong organization, discretion, and initiative, with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and long-range plans with site, segment, and division teams.
• Consolidate and analyze division results, forecasts, and strategic plan information.
• Own budgeting processes; consolidate site budgets into division-level plans.
• Track revenue and gross margin performance by business unit and product line; translate trends into insights.
• Standardize FP&A tools, templates, and deliverables; manage the FP&A calendar.
• Present results and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling way.
• Support internal controls, statutory requirements, and accounting policies.
