Regal Rexnord Corp in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of the Income Statement and Working Capital. This role reports to the Senior Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A and sits in our Rosemont office.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in finance/accounting within manufacturing, with FP&A experience; CPA or MBA preferred. Expert in Hyperion/OneStream and MS Office is expected; collaboration with multiple teams is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• 7-10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing FP&A required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Advance experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Weekly monitoring of financial metrics and working capital against targets.
• Consolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for segments and corporate.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting scorecards for leadership.
• Support quarterly earnings releases and board meetings.
