Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the Income Statement and Working Capital. You will report to the Senior Corporate Finance Manager and operate from our Rosemont, Illinois office, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence several days per week.

The role demands 7–10+ years in finance, manufacturing FP&A, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing FP&A preferred.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Advanced experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Weekly monitoring of Orders, Sales, Profit, Working Capital and Cash against targets.
• Examine, analyze and interpret financial data to determine trends and gaps.
• Consolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for the 3 operating segments and Corporate.
• Publish Monthly Financial Reporting Scorecard.
• Support prep for quarterly Earnings Releases and Board meetings.
• Participate in the annual 3-year strategic planning and AOP processes.
