Job summary

Simple Mills in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Director, FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management and executive reporting. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and tie investments to growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in finance, deep FP&A, strong analytical rigor, and experience with ERP and Power BI. This role offers a hybrid work model with in-office presence in Chicago at least weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required.
• MBA or CPA preferred for advanced finance credentials.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience."

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Own forecasting across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, capital investments, working capital, and cash flow.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual executive reporting and scorecards.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive growth, profitability, and capital allocation.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and automation.
