Job summary

Hightower Advisors in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager to lead the FP&A team. You will partner with Finance leadership to drive performance, forecast accuracy, and strategic planning, building scalable processes.

The role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, developing financial models, guiding monthly closes, and communicating results to investors and the Board. A minimum of 8+ years in financial analytics and a finance degree are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience.
Experience managing a team.
8+ years in a financial analytics environment with corporate finance and business strategy.
Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A advisory or analytically driven roles.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Tableau/Alteryx is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the FP&A team in financial close, reporting, forecasting, and annual strategic planning processes.
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial and analytical perspective for strategy development.
Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions.
Communicate performance to leadership, investors, and the Board.
